Glen started his horticultural career some 30+ years ago propagating and growing plants in his wholesale plant nursery called ‘Glen’s Nursery’. Growing and supplying quality plants soon gained him a reputation within the Retail Nursery Industry across the Sunshine Coast and South-East Queensland, and as demand grew his business expanded to an Australia wide market.
In 1999, Glen established his Landscape / Gardening business, Enviro Scapes, with his partner, Kim Schoenberger which currently services the entire Sunshine Coast region and beyond. Specialising in all areas of horticulture, Glen prides himself in creating beautiful gardens as well as restoring neglected gardens to their former glory.
A former radio presenter Glen presented ‘The Saturday Morning Gardening Show’ on Sunshine FM 104.9 from 2012 to 2018, offering great advice and practical tips on gardening in the Sunshine Coast region.
A Horticultural Specialist, Glen is called upon for his expert advice as a private and corporate Garden Consultant, as well as, guest appearances for events such as, the Ginger Flower and Food Festival.
Glen’s passion and knowledge for gardening was appreciated in his monthly gardening column, ‘In the Garden with Glen Jeavons’, in the Local Community Times, a locally produced and printed independent newspaper owned and edited by Ken O’Flaherty (formerly Buderim Chronicle), in support of local businesses and organisations on the Sunshine Coast.
Glen is a member of the accredited Building Services Authority and holds a current B.S.A license for Landscape Design and Construction.
